You live in Thailand and sometimes miss the humour, the depth and the companionship of a German-speaking circle? Then you have come to the right place. Schlaraffia Castrum Siamesiae brings together men from Germany, Austria and Switzerland — in an atmosphere you will find nowhere else in the country.
Picture an evening on which work and everyday life stay outside. Inside there is laughter, recitation, rhyme and play — with substance, but with no claim to perfection. A medieval role play provides the frame; at the centre stands the person and his humour.
Whether you are a long-settled expatriate or newly arrived — here you will find real friendship rather than superficial networking. We meet at the Sawasdeeburg in Restaurant Vespresso near Pattaya, as a rule twice a month on Tuesdays at 7:30 p.m. A first visit costs nothing and commits you to nothing.
